Research On The Protection And Development Of Historical And Cultural Villages

With the development of society and the change of people's way of life,some traditional ancient villages and towns are gradually declining.Under the premise of protecting the texture,spatial layout,street scale,green landscape and historical buildings of historic and cultural towns and villages,the proper transformation and development of them is conducive to the continuation and inheritance of their historical and cultural heritage,the improvement of the village style,the improvement of people's livelihood,and the economic revitalization through the optimization of business forms.Papers in the provincial famous historical and cultural village YangQi village as the research object,the induction of innovative protection and development train of thought,problem oriented,and put forward the planning principles and content,summed up a set of systematic and systematism of historic and cultural town village development project operation mode and technique,to explore a protection and passing on historical culture and promote the continuous development of new path,hope it can for the historical and cultural town village explore new train of thought of development and construction,to provide more scientific and operational experience and reference.This paper is mainly composed of three parts and six chapters:The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter,which is the literature review part.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research and the relevant research progress at home and abroad,defines the research object,selects the research method,summarizes the framework of the paper,and clearly understands the technical route of the research.The second chapter,by combing,expounding and summarizing relevant theories at home and abroad,makes an in-depth analysis of the cases of several famous historical and cultural towns and villages at home and abroad,summarizes and reflects on their problems and puts forward some references.The second part is chapter 3 to chapter 4,which is the focus of this study.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of yangqi village in terms of land use,resources,material and intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward the main problems of protection and development,such as unclear positioning,lack of cultural protection,over-development and imperfect management mechanism.The fourth chapter makes attribution analysis on the main problems listed in the third chapter,analyzes them one by one according to the influencing factors and the logic of research affairs,proposes the protection and development planning ideas for yangqi village,proposes the research paths and methods,and makes clear the goals of cultural innovation inheritance,industrial transformation and upgrading,and overall regional planning.The last part is chapter 5 to chapter 6,which is the conclusion of the thesis.The fifth chapter puts forward the solution to the current situation,and summarizes the protection and development countermeasures of yangqi village.Regional and historical and cultural protection strategies are put forward to adopt different protection methods for different protection areas,emphasizing protective development.The countermeasures of tourism development advocate creating characteristic tourism and strengthening regional cooperation.The last chapter summarizes the research results of this paper,puts forward the basic conclusions and major innovations,and puts forward relevant Suggestions and prospects.
