A Research On Government Regulation Of Motor Vehicle Driving Training

With the high-speed development of social economy and the automobile industry,driving training industry as a section of the automobile industry also developed quickly and supplied hundreds of millions of drivers for the society,greatly promoted the development of social economy and transportation industry,has made remarkable achievements.But the high-speed development of the industry has also led to a series of serious problems,such as forgery of training hours,coaches' illegal activities and illegal driving training institutions.By implementing market access,supervision on driving school's training and business activities and coaches,government departments regulate the behavior of driving training institutions,and solve the problems.However,govement regulation does not effectively solve the problems existing in the driving training industry,but to a certain extent,aggravats the market failure and causes some new problems.Based on the theory of government failure,taking the driving training industry in Wuxi as a case,this paper analyzes the problems existing in government supervision,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures for solving the problems.Driver training industry govellment regulation in Wuxi is in the offside,dislocation and vacancy,due to the government's self-interest,incomplete information,legal lags,the inconsistency with the driver examination mechanism,Lack of effective communication with the learner groups and,lack of professional.On this basis,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions from streamlining government and delegating authorities,improvement the legal system construction of driving training,improvement communication and cooperation with relevant parties and strengthen the tean management,in order to promote standard,stable and harmonious development of China's driving training industry and road traffic safety.
