Research On Government Regulation Optimization Of New Energy Automobile Industry

As new energy vehicles gradually come into the public’s view,higher requirements have been put forward for government regulation,and government regulation issues have become increasingly urgent.Therefore,for the problems existing in the new energy vehicle industry in Shanghai District X,how to achieve effective regulation by the government will have important theoretical and practical significance for the district to standardize the development order of the new energy vehicle industry and optimize the performance of government regulation.Through this study,it is found that the main problems in the government supervision of the new energy automobile industry in X District of Shanghai are the imperfect construction of industry laws,the relatively traditional government supervision system,the imperfect construction of safety supervision,and the lack of government supervision platforms.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the government supervision of the new energy automobile industry in X District of Shanghai,it is concluded that the causes of the problems in the regulatory policies and regulations are the lack of local legislative power,the causes of the problems in the regulatory system are the shackles of traditional regulatory ideas,and the causes of the problems in the regulatory power are that the government’s regulatory strength still needs to be improved;The reason for the problems in the supervision platform is that the new energy vehicle enterprises are not active in participating.For the government regulation of the new energy vehicle industry in District X of Shanghai,it can be optimized from four aspects: improving the legal framework for government regulation of the new energy vehicle industry,building a government regulatory system for the new energy vehicle industry,strengthening government regulation of the new energy vehicle industry,and improving the government regulatory platform for the new energy vehicle industry,with a view to improving the government regulatory performance of the new energy vehicle washing industry in District X through specific efforts in these four aspects,Promote the healthy and orderly development of the new energy automobile industry in Zone X.Good government supervision is an important guarantee for the development of the new energy vehicle industry.The government supervision department can provide a better living environment for the new energy vehicle industry through the implementation of policies,systems and laws.In the face of problems,it should also assume the administrative supervision function,improve and update the loopholes of relevant laws,clarify the status,responsibilities and supervision methods of the government supervision department,and also cooperate with the new energy vehicle industry association to improve the self-discipline supervision system of the industry,Establish the industry supervision system led by government supervision,so as to maintain the economic security of China’s new energy vehicle industry.
