Research On Cost Control In Construction Stage Of Municipal Road Engineering

Due to the high profit and big market needs of municipal road engineering,it develops very fast which has already become the backbone of the national economy.As the factors of construction cost elements become bigger and bigger,municipal road engineering has to face the fact that its profit is reducing.In the fiercely competitive municipal road market,the price of municipal road has been restricted by cost and especially government macro-control.Therefore,the cost control of municipal road engineering becomes key point in this industry.This paper studies the municipal road engineering construction cost control in the whole process of construction,using the earned value analysis method of municipal road construction stage of cost control.Combined with the methods work breakdown structure(WBS),target cost and the cost accumulative curve,this paper means to find out the cost control for the construction deviation cost influencing factors.Thus to control the cost by measures of rectifying deviation.This paper takes some county's municipal road engineering as an real example to analyse and prove the conclusion.Firstly,this paper describes the benefits and cost control status of domestic municipal road construction,and it also clarifies the significance of cost control in municipal road construction stage.Combing relevant research literature at home and abroad,which shows that most scholars have little research on cost control of municipal road construction stage.On the basis of discussing the basic theories and methods of cost control,this paper further analyses the composition and main influencing factors of construction cost of municipal road engineering projects.According to the work breakdown structure of the project,it uses the earned value method to analyse and manage the cost information which collected in the progress of project construction.Find out the variance of actual cost and plan value,and figure out how this comes.Next,it needs to take effect measures to reduce the variance,which can help control the cost in construction stage.Secondly,this paper takes some county's municipal road engineering as an example.Based on analyzing the background of the county's project and its current situation of cost control,this paper elaborates the cost control principle and process in the construction stage of the project,and makes a concrete analysis and demonstration of the construction cost by charts and other forms,puts forward the solving strategies and some suggestions,and evaluates the implementation effect of cost control.The results show that earned value method can play a good role in monitoring and forecasting the cost control in the construction stage of the project,and can effectively control the cost in the construction stage.Finally,this paper summarizes the advantages of earned value method in cost control of municipal road project construction stage,figures out the inadequacies of the study truthfully,and points out the direction of further in-depth study.
