Research On Airport Safety Supervision

At present,China is speeding up the transition from a large civil aviation country to a strong civil aviation country,which attaches great importance to the construction of airport aviation safety supervision system.However,the government still has some deficiencies in airport safety supervision,as well as some difficulties or weaknesses in specific operation practices,which in some ways affect and restrict the safety of airports and China’s civil aviation.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the experience of foreign developed countries,this paper closely combines the aviation safety supervision of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport,and strives to develop a safety supervision system suitable for the actual needs of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport.Under the guidance of the government safety supervision theory,through the research on the safety supervision of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport,it is found that the safety supervision ability of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport is still insufficient compared with the management practice of first-class airports at home and abroad,and the corresponding safety supervision level is also relatively lagging behind,which is highlighted in the deviation of the government’s supervision function orientation,the lagging supervision methods,the unreasonable allocation of supervisors,and the inadequate supervision implementation effect,The main reasons lie in the misunderstanding of the concept of government regulation,unscientific design of the regulatory system,weak construction of the regulatory human resources system,and the need to improve the regulatory performance incentive.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve aviation safety supervision of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport in close combination with the problem orientation,that is,to improve the aviation safety supervision legal system,innovate the airport supervision work methods,strengthen the construction of aviation safety supervision team,and improve the aviation safety supervision ability level,so as to promote aviation safety supervision of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport to a new level,and give some inspiration to aviation safety supervision of other airports in China.
