Research On The Comparison Between The Valuation Model And Cost Index Of Laos And China

In recent years,with the implementation of the national strategy of "the Belt and Road",the construction industry in China has also stepped up its pace of entering Southeast Asia in order to help Chinese construction enterprises to enter Laos faster and learn more about the purpose of the construction industry in Laos,This paper investigates and analyzes the construction cost pricing model of domestic construction enterprises in Laos.By using the methods of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and case studies(taking EDL HOTEL as an example),this paper mainly makes the following research work:(1)Through the case study,this paper conducts an in-depth research on the pricing model and cost index of Laos construction project;(2)Comparing and analyzing the pricing model of construction project in Laos,all the parameters and the indicators of each calculation and measurement in China to facilitate the future selection of the pricing model of construction projects.Based on the synergy with the international development and open up the international market of Laos,this article explores the pricing model of Laos construction project and compares the cost index of domestic project in Laos with the cost index of similar projects in China.For the sake of entering the Laos construction industry Chinese construction enterprises to provide reference data,while promoting the development of the construction industry in Laos.
