The layout of ship accommodation cabins can be divided into two major categories.They are the division and layout of the cabins on a given deck and the arrangement of furniture and other accessories in the cabin.This paper mainly research the division and layout of the ship accommodation cabins.The division and layout of ship accommodation cabins refers to the arrangement of a certain number of cabins at a given deck under the constraints of the corresponding layout rules.The problems of the division and layout of ship cabins are related to the overall design of the ship.This correlation leads to the modification of the overall design of the ship which will affect the design of the division of the ship’s cabin,which will lead to a large number of repetitive tasks in the division and layout of the ship’s cabin.This paper explored the design method of intelligent compartment layout for ship accommodation cabins.In view of the problem of division and layout of ship accommodation cabins,based on the relevant design experience and design specifications of the division and layout of ship cabins,a space layout model for the division and layout of ship cabins was established.A relative location model,absolute position model and ergonomic constraint model for the intelligent compartment layout of ship cabins was constructed.Based on the design of cabin compartmentalization layout model,a simple cabin layout method was first designed,that is,the deck channel position was manually set,and only the cabin layout location was solved.The initial solution and convergence of the tabu search algorithm were improved.Its performance was verified,and a modified tabu search algorithm was used to intelligently design the division and layout of the single deck cabins of ships,and a feasible layout scheme was generated to verify the feasibility of a simple cabin intelligent design method.Improve the simple cabin intelligence layout method and get a more intelligent cabin layout method.This method can automatically solve the deck channel position and cabin layout position after given input parameters.The local search capabilities of genetic algorithms has been improved and its superiority has been verified.The improved genetic algorithm has been used to intelligently design the division and layout of the single-deck cabins of ships,the feasible solution obtained proves that this method is feasible.Based on the smart partitioning layout of the cabin designed in the previous section,the design method for the intelligent division and layout of multi-layer deck cabins of ships was researched.In this method,the channel position,the cabin layout position and the stair position between different deck layers are simultaneously solved as the object of the solution,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are proved by the intelligent layout simulation of the ship’s double deck cabin.The intelligent compartmentalization layout design method for ship accommodation cabins studied in this paper illustrates the superiority of traditional cabin compartmentalization methods by using examples.The compartmentalized intelligent compartmentalization design method can reduce the work intensity of designers to a certain extent and improve design efficiency.
