Traffic pollution in modern cities has become increasingly serious, causing seriousdamage to public health and social economy. The road network,as the backbone and support of urban transport, can be reasonably planned at the planning level, which can greatly reduce traffic noise pollution. This paper starts with the planning elements of road network, studies its influence law on traffic noise, sums up the quantified conclusions, and expects to be an implementable technical tool to guide the scientific and effective implementation of urban planning.First, the road network planning elements are divided into two areas: patch space and road space. At the area level of the patch, homogeneous road network simulation method is used to transform the road network shape and road on the basis of maintaining the overall traffic load of the road network.Planning factors such as network density(road network spacing),road level(number of lanes),etc.,and adjust traffic flow parameters(vehicle flow, vehicle speed, etc.)accordingly, dividing the simulation into three scenarios, five scenarios under each scenario, and a total of ten Five scenarios, simulated by SOUNDPLAN software, obtained noise simulation results under each scenario.Based on the obtained noise simulation values, the probability of noise distribution, the limits of acoustic functional areas, the proportion of quiet areas, and the proportion of noisy areas were compared respectively, and the influence of spatial planning elements on traffic noise was analyzed. At the road space level,20 real single-lane road sections in Dalian,China, were selected using actual road network survey methods. The planning elements including lane number, section length, and junction management were calculated for each section, and the optimized noise measurement method was used.Traffic and noise data.On the basis of the actual measured noise values, the significance and descriptive analysis of the effects of the three types of factors on noise are first performed, and the noise distribution laws are visually characterized;then an optimal-scale regression model is constructed to influence the three types of planning elements. The degree is compared;finally,a comprehensive forecasting model is established to analyze the influence of factors on the noise under the influence of comprehensive factors.Research confirms that at the area level of the area, changes in the physical space of the road will affect the operational status of the vehicle, which will cause changes in the spatialdistribution of noise: When considering the real road network, when the vehicle speed changes little by various factors, the distance between the road network is greater.Large, the overall acoustic environment quality is better, and the quiet area is larger;when strict traffic control is implemented, when the vehicle speed on different grades has changed significantly, there is an optimal road network spacing(in this study,600m),which makes the overall acoustic environment The area with the best quality and the quietest area is the largest;the area of the noisy area increases with the increase of the spacing of the road network in both cases, but the proportion is less than 10%,and the overall impact is small;the distance between the road and mesh of 200 m is within the site. The noise level is relatively large,so we must pay attention to it under the advocacy of the “block system” policy. At the road space level, the number of lanes, lengths of road sections, and intersection management elements will all have a significant impact on traffic noise. The order of magnitude of the impact from big to small is: lane number> intersection management> road length;when multi-elements are integrated When considering, the impact of the number of lanes on the noise is particularly pronounced at the noise peak.In general, the noise increases by 0 to 2 d B for each additional lane. The overall length of the road section has little influence on the noise.Only the background noise value increases slightly with the increase of the length of the road section, and the noise dynamic range becomes smaller as the length of the road section increases. The order of the noise levels on the roads managed by different intersections is:traffic green wave> general signal light> no signal light control, noise dynamic range size order, general signal light> traffic green wave.
