Because of the high speed and the large amount of trains carried on high-speed trains,high-speed railways have high smoothness,high stability,and high reliability requirements for public works such as bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and rails.Compared with ordinary railways,the permissible range of state deviation of public works equipment Smaller,more demanding maintenance finesse.The high-speed railway maintenance and management departments should understand and master the operation status of public works projects in a timely manner,and conduct scientific management and maintenance on them to ensure the safety of high-speed trains and strengthen the health status of public works projects such as railway bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and rails.Safety monitoring of train operations has important engineering significance.At present,most of the high-speed railway monitoring systems are aimed at real-time monitoring of individual bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,or certain parts of the track,and relatively few health monitoring systems are established for the overall line project.This single monitoring system is too fragmented for the public works personnel and is not conducive to a centralized and comprehensive understanding of the overall line security situation.In view of this situation,the paper relies on high-speed railway as the research background,and designs a complete set of operational health monitoring system plans for the bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and rails included in the high-speed railway public works projects.Based on the analysis of the stress characteristics of various structures such as high-speed railway bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and rails,and the forms of damage that may occur during operation,the paper formulated the overall goals and design of the high-speed railway public works health monitoring system design.Principles,optimization of sensor and communication network layout principles,put forward the technical requirements,purchase principles,and data collection and transmission methods for monitoring equipment and equipment.Based on the four structures of high-speed railway bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and rails,the paper proposes specific main monitoring contents,monitoring methods,networking methods,data acquisition methods,layout of hardware devices,and software interface design.Finally,combined with the reality of a section of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,a set of unified long-term health monitoring programs was designed for the bridges,tunnels,roadbeds,and tracks.Including the monitoring content,monitoring methods,sensor type and layout,"small centralized" scattered data collection networking,data transmission methods,monitoring system software interface and so on.
