| China’s rapid economic development,product renewal speed,resulting in a large number of waste products,because these products are not properly used,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution.Through the remanufacturing of waste products,so that they can regenerate the original performance of the product,but traditional remanufacturing by increasing the number of product parts recycling and reuse opportunities,as well as the products produced by different companies,the standard is different,which increases the difficulty of disassembly of the product,resulting in the demolition process caused by damage to the product parts,Make the product remanufacturing more difficult.Through the combination of Remanufacturing and Modular Design,not only can solve these problems,but also significantly improve the equipment at the end of the life of the remanufacturing capacity and to meet the needs of today’s customers are diversified and personalized.This paper first introduces the present situation of waste resources,explains the problems of traditional remanufacturing,summarizes the design of remanufacturing and Modularization,introduces the demand analysis of remanufacturing to modular design,and puts forward the method of combining remanufacturing with modular design.Secondly,using economic-technical-environmental assessment method to analyze the feasibility of product remanufacturing,and detailed introduction of the work flow of the evaluation method and how to use this method to analyze the feasibility of product remanufacturing.Finally,the paper gives the workflow of modular design based on remanufacturing,constructs the correlation matrix based on the modular division criterion of Remanufacturing,uses the AHP to find the weights of the relevant criteria,and divides the products into modules by the Fuzzy Clustering Method.In this paper,by taking The Cutter Plate of Shield Machine as the research object,the feasibility analysis is carried out according to the research method,and the correlation matrix is constructed,and the tool plate of shield machine is divided into modules,and the reasonable scheme is selected. |
