| Earthquake disaster is one of the most serious natural disasters in China.Severe earthquake disasters have caused serious casualties and property losses,and a large number of victims need to be relocated.Disaster shelters for disaster personnel to provide basic living environment,ensure the safety of sheltering people,and the necessary places of disaster emergency rescue,medical rescue,the wounded transport and distribute supplies.The construction of a perfect disaster shelter system is crucial to improve the disaster prevention capacity and ensure social stability and normal operation in post-disaster areas.At present,most of the disaster shelters established in China are mainly open spaces,such as existing parks,green Spaces,squares,sports venues and primary and secondary schools.Such areas need a lot of relief supplies and cold,wind and rain prevention ability is insufficient.And in the crowded area only on the open space in the city is often difficult to meet the demand of asylum,so the use of building schools,gymnasiums and so on is one of the development direction of refuge place construction.Through a large span frame structure gymnasium buildings as shelter evacuation design analysis,the study was made about refuge shelter building design process,layout,flat conversion,seismic performance evaluation and seismic strengthening,compared the seismic performance and reinforcement of the gymnasium in different design conditions.The analysis shows that shelter suitability evaluation should be done firstly,then seismic performance evaluation and necessary seismic strengthening.Stadium as a refuge building,should be comprehensively considered in the light of their usual functions and facilities configuration different use requirement,given different refuge shelter layout and safety evacuation,and the engineering examples of the ratio of effective refuge area and construction area of 0.76.Frame structure of the stadium after the adjustment coefficient of seismic performance evaluation can consider seismic action.Routine analysis software is adopted to improve the bearing capacity and deformation calculation.Performance analysis is done by Pushover method,seismic weak positions are determined comprehensively according to the calculation results of the two.The seismic reinforcement of the frame structure gymnasium will be strengthened by the method of adding damper,and it can be strengthened by adding steel and adding section method. |
