The rapid development of the construction industry makes the building energy consumption increasing,campus has become the main part of building of energy consumption.In order to implement the concept of green energy conservation and minimize energy consumption,the cold area is taken as an example to study the characteristics of campus building energy consumption.Through statistical analysis of the architectural features and model establishment of existing buildings,then putting forward some corresponding improvement measures to provide a true basis for the construction of a conservation minded campus in China.By introducing the present situation of energy consumption of campus buildings at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the characteristics of existing buildings.Using e Quest to simulate the campus construction of North China University of Science and Technology located in the cold area.Taking the office building and the No.3 dormitory of North China University of Technology as an example,establishing the corresponding model to obtain the annual energy consumption change rate and analyzing the actual change of power consumption,and then by comparative analysis to verify the feasibility of the simulation.Measure the illumination,noise,and air quality of the target building is to verify its comfort.The trend of power consumption is simulated and analyzed by changing the boundary condition.The most energy-saving and comfortable building conditions are obtained.It is important to put forward the measures to achieve the great goal of building-saving in universities.
