With the development of the economy and the times,the way of people's leisure style,and aesthetic concepts have quietly changed.Greenways,as a public open space based on green lands,which is also an important carrier that integrates ecological values,leisure entertainment and cultural values,is flourishing in big cities of China.With the opening of the Wuhan East Lake Greenway,the first urban greenway in the scenic area rated as 5A class of the city Wuhan,the research on the use of Wuhan East Lake Greenway Integrated Facilities System and the use of tourists has become a pressing and urgent task.This paper summarizes the status quo of Wuhan East Lake Greenway,before which comprehensive survey of the East Lake Greenway comprehensive facilities system has been completed via on-site measurements,observation records,interviews and questionnaires.The structural equation model of Wuhan East Lake Greenway Tourist Satisfaction Degree was constructed,and the influencing factors and mechanism of East Lake Greenway tourist satisfaction were elaborated,and relevant optimization suggestions were put forward for creating user-friendly greenway environment.This article focuses on the content as follows:?)Summary of the status quo of comprehensive facilities system of East Lake Greenway in Wuhan.Firstly,a comprehensive and in-depth investigation was conducted on the four main themed roads of Lake East Lake Green Road(Phase I),Lake Road,Country Road,Moshan Road,and Hushan Road.The investigation of six comprehensive facilities system in the "Green Road Planning and Design Guidelines" was launched.Through the on-site observation of the Green Corridor system plant community species,configuration characteristics,spatial construction characteristics,physical properties of the slowway system and the characteristics of crowd activities,the type and characteristics of the identification system,service facilities distribution and service quality,type and quantity of scenic spots,traffic transfer The system's geographic location and operation conditions,was carefully recorded.As for the corresponding system,the problems existing in the venue was summed up.?)Construction of a structural equation model for Wuhan East Lake Greenway tourist satisfaction.Based on the existing research results,the core framework of customer satisfaction was used to determine the latent variables of satisfaction.In combination with the “Greenway Planning and Design Guidelines” and the literature data and the Wuhan East Lake Greenway field survey results,36 observation variables were identified and used.The basic information of 376 survey questionnaires was analyzed in SPSS Statistics software,the variance of and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires was assessed.The reliability of the questionnaires variables was assessed using lisrel as a confirmatory factor analysis,and the structural equation model of East Lake Greenway tourist satisfaction was constructed.The seven latent variables such as travel motivation,perceived value,and perceived value were positively correlated with the satisfaction level,and 36 factor variables were used to load the latent variables,explaining the influencing factors and mechanism of tourists' satisfaction.?)Wuhan East Lake Greenway Construction Optimization Strategy Proposal.Based on the survey results of Wuhan East Lake Greenway Comprehensive Facilities and the Structural Equation Model of Tourist Satisfaction,this paper sums up the fundamentals of the problem,and summarizes seven issues from reachability,travel motivation,perceived value,quality perception,cultural perception,service perception,and cost perception.At the level,combining 36 observation variables,relevant optimization strategies are proposed.
