| S company is one of the biggest automotive joint ventures built earlier in China.After 1st round of joint venture agreement being end around in 2010,every automotive joint venture started a 2nd round of joint venture negotiation with new development direction of equality、complementarity and win-win cooperation,then the post-joint venture era began.In 2011-2015,the average annual sales growth rate of S company was as high as 13.9%,which greatly exceeded the average level of Chinese automotive industry.In 2014 and 2015,the annual sales volumes of S company exceeded 700 thousands.However,when S company having a million capacity of vehicle with Chengdu plant being built and put into operation in 2006,it failed to keep its growth and had a free-fall demotion in 2017.Making S company as the research object,and making post-joint venture era as the research background,based on the development of S company in 2011-2017,identify three major problems in the development of S company firstly as its sales volume falling seriously、its positioning being inaccurate and its personnel being loss seriously.Secondly,make all-sided consideration and synthesised analysis for the external environment and internal conditions of S company in post-joint venture era.Thirdly finding the the external opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages with SWOT matrix application.On this basis,find some problems and put forward some suggestions in order to follow competitors firstly,then to get a chance to go beyond.At the same time,we will make some appropriate strategy for development of S company in the future and some feasible implementation and safeguard measures for its strategy.We hope that the study will make more and more people to think deeply about the development of Chinese automotive enterprises in post-joint venture era especially for automotive joint venture,and make a reference for the development of automotive joint venture in post-joint venture era in China. |
