At present,the development of China's automobile industry is at an important transition period,and accelerating the development of new energy vehicles has become a major strategic initiative of the country.In September 2017,a number of European countries announced plans to ban fuel cars,and China plans to release the same timetable.In the near future,banning the sale of fuel cars is an inescapable fact.As a result,carmakers are turning to new energy vehicles as their key development models,and whoever is ahead will win the market.Geely plans to mix the first battery electric vehicle 3Z and plug-in hybrid 3HP with the existing fuel-car AD production line.This paper mainly studies the improvement of the production line and process layout of the original gasoline car production line for the production of multi-vehicle hybrid line in the N assembly plant of B base of Geely.The main work is as follows:1,The vehicle structure and process assembly characteristics of battery electric vehicle,plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and gasoline car are systematically analyzed.It can be found that the most vulnerable point in the assembly process of the whole vehicle assembly during the production of these three models,the need to increase the equipment and the attention points of the assembly process.2,After investigation and analysis of the production line condition and technological process of N general assembly plant of B base of Geely,combined with previous 3z of pure electric vehicles,plug-in hybrid vehicle from 3 HP and fuel car AD structure differences and assembly requirements,the original production line is reformed.In particular,the AGV power synthesis line,AGV battery pack and the anti-freezing liquid refueling machine have solved the problem of mixing line production effectively,and have achieved good economic benefits.3,In view of the problem of overloading material in the line of mixed line production.Refer to the mainstream assembly modular supply concept in the automobile industry now,the parts that can be supplied by many models can be assembled and sent to the production line.At the same time,a special branch area is planned in the logistics warehouse,moving parts and components from the assembly plant to the logistics warehouse reduces the cost of component transport and improves efficiency.The design of the dashboard,sub-frame and power assembly line have achieved remarkable economic benefits.4,Refer to analysis of the mainstream SPS mode in automobile industry,to analyze the advantages of SPS mode,the organization carried out the SPS distribution of the various lines of the general assembly plant,and designed and implemented the "SPS bright light sorting system".The problem of sorting error of SPS sorting area is solved effectively.5,In this paper,the reasons for the imbalance of production line in mixed line production are analyzed,and the problem of production line imbalance caused by the actual mixing of N assembly plant is improved.In particular,the improvement of the front and rear windshield glass,"Jumping" interspersed with production line improvement and the improvement of the final line bottleneck,etc.It is proved by practice that the production line and production process of the design are effective.Not only realized the mixed line production of a variety of models,but also made good economic benefits for the company,to ensure that the new energy vehicles listed on time,successful completion of the first step of Geely's new energy strategic objectives.
