Technical Research On Design And Construction Of Corrugated Steel Web PC Composite Box Girder

With the continuous development of our country’s economy in recent years and the large number of usage of steel structure combined bridge,the corrugated steel web bridge,as a new type of composite structure bridge,has both the economical efficiency of concrete and the high performance of steel,which has developed rapidly and designed a lot in China.In this paper,combined with the actual project,the design,analysis and construction practice of the corrugated steel web PC composite rigid frame are carried out,and some key technical methods,problems and difficulties are found and studied.This paper focuses on the problems and difficulties in the design practice of corrugated steel web bridge in four aspects: the basic design method and theory of the corrugated web,the design of the typical engineering example of the PC rigid frame bridge,the key technology of the design and the key technology of the construction.The main study results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)Combined with typical engineering examples,the basic design method of corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge is introduced systematically,and the advantages and difficulties of the corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge are summarized.2)Combined with the basic design method,the basic design process is established,and a typical engineering case bridge is designed as an example.3)Summarize the key technical problems,such as web shear design,diaphragm partition,painting design,and shear connector selection,and so on.4)Analyze and summary the key technologies in the construction of composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel web.
