Throughout the world,The foundation of social progress is the development of the theory of innovation.In the field of Industrial Design,the innovation of the product is not only limited to the product modeling,but also from user needs,and the design of the product modeling,functional structure and Man-machine engineering with a variety of innovative design methods and techniques.The purpose of this paper is to design the Sweeper based on the product innovation method and technology,so as to meet the needs of larger garbage cleaning in rural roads.In this paper,the main body of research is the sweeper that sweeps the large garbage in villages and towns.In the process of research,efforts are made to comprehensively apply various design methods and technologies.First of all,starting from situational analysis,we build user demand model based on Future Situation Story.The KJ Method is used to get the requirement subject,and SPSS software is applied to cluster and factor analysis of numerous demands to screen out the main needs of users.Secondly,the SD is used to screen the representative image words of product modeling evaluation,and the typical product samples are selected accordingly.In order to explore the functional structure of the sweeper in the village and Town Road,the functional structure of the sweeper is established on the basis of the current road sweeper and related products,and the function principle of the morphological matrix sweeping vehicle is applied.On the basis of the evaluation index system of mechanical and electrical products,the evaluation index system of road sweeper is built,and the weight of each index item is determined by AHP method,and the main function of the sweeper is determined by the method of value analysis.Using the Quantitative Theory I construct the relationship model between the design category of the sweeper and the evaluation index,and obtain the partial correlation coefficient and the contribution value,and then get the weight coefficient of the design factor.Using the constructed relational model as a moderate function,the genetic algorithm toolbox of MATLAB software is used to optimize the functional principle scheme,and the value profile is used to analyze the optimal results,thus the optimal scheme is determined.Three dimensional modeling of the optimal scheme is presented,and the overall modeling of the planetary road sweeper is rendered through rendering,and the simulation of the operation process is carried out.Combined with the user demand model,the requirement satisfaction degree of the final design scheme is evaluated,which shows the feasibility and rationality of the innovative design scheme.
