The rapid development of social economy makes the user demand more and more diversified.In the product innovation design needs more scientific and reasonable design method to apply to the whole design process,therefore,need to explore a multi-disciplinary integrated design method.In this paper,a new product design method is proposed for the innovative design of the product,and various methods of technology integration,resulting in new product design scheme.First of all,the geosynthetic materials resistant to static comprehensive analysis of pressure measuring instrument,including product modeling analysis,function analysis,man-machine analysis,and on the basis of the design problem,the existing problems of mining hydrostatic pressure tester and determine the design target.Secondly,construct the function tree and function structure diagram,on this basis,according to the demand of model tester water-proof,determine the functional element of products,and the function of element solution;then construct the hydrostatic pressure tester morphology matrix.An evaluation index system of a proper hydrostatic pressure measuring instrument was constructed,and twelve evaluation indexes were identified.The weights were determined by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and information entropy.Third,the application of multiple scale method and cluster analysis method to classify samples,select representative samples;using quantification theory?to build the relationship between the sample project categories and evaluation index for various representative;for each evaluation index value of the contribution by MATLAB,and the partial correlation coefficient between each evaluation and project design the index,the optimal combination of design elements category in MATLAB with genetic algorithm,mainly using decimal encoding,finally get the optimization results of the project unit set.Finally,the three-dimensional model is built with Rhino and Keyshot,and the optimization scheme of hydrostatic pressure tester is evaluated comprehensively.
