The Study Of Traffic Management Facilities At School Zone

According to the Department of transportation,Traffic accident has been a important threat to young people in our country,especially who are under the age of 15,The results of this investigation not only concerns the school and parents but also the government and the relevant technical staffs.As we all know, Most traffic accidents occur under the condition of vehicles speed, So the technical staffs take various measures to control the speed of motor vehicles on school road, it help us reduce the rate of traffic accidents.This paper focused on the comprehensive assessment of traffic management facilities effectiveness near school, On the basis of Certain theories, we established a comprehensive evaluation model then we applied this model to slove a practical problem, as follows:Firstly,based on the unilization and effectivenes of traffic management facilities near middle and primary school in Shenzhen, Considering the characteristics and related comprehensive evaluation theory, we finally choose the set pair analysis theory as the theoretical basis of the evaluation model. Secondly,that model is consist of four parts, The establishment of evaluation index system,determine the weight of evaluation index, calculate the connection degree,determine the evaluation sample level.At that model,we have three difficulties, establishment of evaluation index system, determine the weight of evaluation index,and calculate the uncertain factor.As the establishment of evaluation index system, This paper focuses on the relevant specification,the unilization and effectivenes of traffic management facilities near middle and primary school,After screening, Finally,the deceleration zone, Pedestrian signs and markings,Pay attention to children's sign, Speed limit signand yellow flashing lights were identified as evaluation index;As the the weight of evaluation index, we used Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and then got the weight of each index;As the the uncertain factor, we used the boundary value of evaluation standard to calculate the result. Thirdly, Tianjiao primary school is a case for empirical analysis,students absent time we got III No students absent time we got V.
