With the improvement of people's living standard,users will increase the demand for the product,and product needs to innovate,relying solely on the designer-led and a single design method of application has been difficult to meet the user's demand for products,Therefore,requiring multi-disciplinary and multi-method integrated application in the process of product innovation design.In this paper,we propose a new design method applied on the innovative design of electric bicycle based on situational design,functional analysis,multivariate scaling,clustering analysis,quantitative theory ?,genetic algorithm and so on.First of all,the use of interviews,second-hand information collected bike-related situational elements of information,generate contextual information space,on this basis,the use of context story method to dig out the user's explicit and implicit needs,the establishment of user needs hierarchical model.Secondly,based on the analysis of the functional principle of the related products of the bicycle,the functional tree and the functional structure diagram are constructed.On this basis,combined with the user demand model of the bicycle,the functional tree and the functional structure of the target product are innovated and applied Learning matrix synthesis of its functional element solution.Then,the data of the bike samples were collected and the evaluation index system was established.The representative samples of the bicycles were selected by the multiple scale method and the cluster analysis method.The AHP method was used to optimize the evaluation indexes.This paper constructs the relationship between the main design elements and the category and the evaluation index in the representative sample by using the quantitative theory.The contribution degree of each design category to each evaluation index and the partial relationship between the design factors and the evaluation index Coefficient,on this basis,the use of Matlab software genetic algorithm tool to select the best combination of programs.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the optimal combination scheme is made and the simulation analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the design.According to the user demand model to help the bike innovation design program comprehensive evaluation,test the effectiveness of integrated innovation methods.
