The Research On Parking Equipment Of Vertical Circulation

In recent years,Accompanied by the vigorous development of China’s economy and the rapid progress of science and technology,people’s living standard has been improved greatly.As a convenient means of transport,more and more families possess cars.As a result,convenient life brings us a lot of problems,such as the parking difficulties,traffic jams and chaos,It is necessary and urgent for us to solve these problems.Because of the small footprint,high space utilization and flexible layout,the Stereo garage has been paid attention gradually.A comprehensive analysis of several better development prospects parking equipment in the city,of which the operation principle,the parking work process and the composition of the equipment are compared.For the city construction area of small space,compact layout,heavy traffic area,the paper decides to use the vertical circulation parking equipment as the research the object.First of all,the overall layout of the area,the structure design and the appearance of the vertical circulation type parking equipment is carried out.The main structure of vertical circulation parking equipment was designed,using the three-dimensional design software Creo2.0 to carry on the modeling to the main part storage vehicle bracket,the chain wheel,the chain and the steel structure frame and so on,complete the overall assembly drawing.Secondly,according to the non-interference condition of the movement of the parking bracket,the optimal design of the chain drive is carried out,and the 3D model is imported into the motion simulation software Adams to verify the feasibility of the design motion.Finally,the ANSYS software was used to analyze the static behavior of steel frames under different working conditions,stability analysis and model analysis.The static analysis of different parking conditions is carried out on the car-board in the storage bracket.
