In view of the current domestic CNC auto drawing mold processing equipment,low efficiency and the processing quality is not high,inadequate processing knife road safety into account,this paper focuses on the research of these problems through the processing system simulation methodBased on the analysis of machining process of typical drawing mould,process to determine the strategy simulation of automotive drawing die processing system based on NX.Firstly,through the analysis of the surface characteristics of the surface ratio,fillet of mold,determine the processing of coarse and fine processing,then determined according to the cutter selection and optimization tool strategy.To ensure the correct parameters,and then through the visual simulation of virtual controller detection program.Finally,a reasonable five axis cutting technology is established through the systematic analysis,and the simulation of the machining process is carried out on the basis of NX five axis programming software.Through the inspection and test of the actual process,the results show that the simulation optimization of the technical scheme and processing parameters can effectively improve the processing quality and processing efficiency of the drawing die and the safety of the road.
