Study On The Planning Strategy Of Hilly Rural Settlements In Southern Shaanxi Based On Landscape Ecology

Southern Shaanxi,a part of Shaanxi Province,is one of the three natural zones in Shaanxi Province.Where not only the mountains steep stretches but also the weather is moist,and such benefit water and heat conditions are plentiful.The complex ecological environment do a great influence of the Rural Settlements development,and the hilly-rural settlements in this area are often built nearby mountains or rivers.The relationship between Rural Settlements and ecological environment are very intimate.With the improvement of society’s attention to Rural Settlements,the Hilly-rural Settlements in the south of Shaanxi Province have been developed rapidly.The destruction of human activities to their ecological environment is increasingly serious.The focus of rural planning in the region is social and economic development.It does not consider the unity of artificial and natural elements,not comprehensive consideration of the scope of the planning,and not enough attention to the ecological role of the industry,and the lack of the content of the ecological environment protection.According to the research content and theory of landscape ecology,the theory can be used to guide the rural planning in southern Shaanxi.Based on this,the paper explores the guiding role of landscape ecology theory in the three levels of space,industry and ecology in rural planning.From the perspective of landscape ecology,this paper explores the environmental characteristics of the low hill and hilly rural settlements in southern Shaanxi by investigation and induction,and summarizes the environmental problems.At the same time,the landscape pattern was quantified by the landscape index method,and the characteristics and problems of the landscape pattern of the low mountain and hilly rural settlements in southern Shaanxi were clarified,which was used as the verification and supplement of the environmental problems.Based on the theory of landscape ecology and guided by the theory of landscape ecology,the planning principles and objectives of the low mountain and hilly type rural settlements in southern Shaanxi are clarified,and the planning strategies are discussed and applied fromthree aspects of space planning,industrial development and ecological protection.Among them,the space planning strategy covers three parts: planning scope definition,overall spatial layout and road traffic planning,including the determination of the scope of planning,the fragmentation of large rural construction land patches,the development of small artificial patch agglomeration,the coordination of the ratio of artificial spot area,the direction and the size of the corridor.The strategy of industrial development includes multi arrangement of species and multi-directional utilization of crops.The ecological protection strategy covers three parts: ecological environment protection,infrastructure planning and green space system planning.It includes artificial patch border repair,restoration of damaged patches,vegetation on both sides of corridor,installation of artificial corridor facilities,and improvement of rural construction land.Patch greening rate.This study provides a theoretical reference for the coordinated development of rural settlements and ecological environment in southern Shaanxi,and is of great significance for enriching,expanding and perfecting the theory and method of rural settlement planning in this region.It has an important guiding role in the planning and construction of rural settlements in southern Shaanxi,especially in the low hill and hilly country settlements,which can be used for reference in the planning and construction of rural settlements in other areas.
