| In recent years,the country’s economy has continued to develop,industry 4.0 has gradually advanced,and the demand for electricity in the city center has also increased.In areas where the demand for electricity is high and the construction of outdoor substations is limited,building indoor substation under the ground is a method common used.As a key part of the power grid,the stable operation of the indoor substation determines whether the entire grid can reliably provide users with electrical energy.Therefore,it is extremely important to perform real-time monitoring of various operating data of indoor substations.Meter reading is one of the tasks in monitoring.The timeliness and accuracy of meter reading can directly affect the operation and maintenance of the power grid system and the management decisions of the power sector.Manual meter reading,wired meter reading,and wireless meter reading still have some defects in the present period.Considering the complex environment with strong electromagnetic interference of indoor substations,the economy,ease of expansion,and information security of the system,this thesis uses visible light communication technology to design the indoor substation meter reading system.The system combines indoor substation lighting needs and uses visible light communication technology instead of conventional short-range communication technology to achieve the meter reading of the high-voltage side of the indoor substation.The data is automatically transmitted to the central monitoring and management platform through Ethernet,thus the remote monitoring of the power data is completed.Based on the analysis of automatic meter reading technology and the characteristics of visible light communication technology,the thesis first completed the overall design of the automatic meter reading system of indoor substation based on visible light communication,determined the function of each component and the main performance indicators of the system.Then the characteristics of the indoor signal channel of visible light communication are analyzed,including channel model,link mode,and signal-to-noise ratio.It provides a theoretical basis for the specific design of the system.After that,the detailed design of the visible light communication data acquisition terminal and the visible light communication collection and monitoring platform was carried out.Finally,the system was tested in the laboratory environment.The test results showed that the overall function of the system was normal and could realize remote monitoring of the power data.It has certain application value in the intelligent construction of indoor substations. |
