With the increasing aging of population and the increasing number of disabled people in China,the need for auxiliary tools is also increasing.As a service robot for assisting disabled people and elderly people,intelligent wheelchairs have gradually been valued by people.It is not difficult to find out the comparison between domestic and foreign intelligent wheelchairs,and we still lag behind in the structural and functional diversity of intelligent wheelchairs.Therefore,based on the living needs of the disabled,it is of practical significance to design a intelligent wheelchair with flexible structure and complete functions.First,through the survey of the elderly and the disabled,understand their physical characteristics and psychological needs.The basic functions of the intelligent wheelchair include: Walking function,Lifting function,Docking function and Auxiliary function.Based on ergonomics,the structure size of each function module of intelligent wheelchair is determined.Secondly,3D modeling of intelligent wheelchair is made in CATIA environment.Using ADAMS software to analyze the key functions of the intelligent wheelchair,the rationality and smoothness of the design are verified.Then,through ANSYS software,the static analysis of the key components and the Docking function of the vehicle in the intelligent wheelchair was carried out to determine whether the structure met the stiffness and strength conditions.Finally,aiming at the basic functions of the intelligent wheelchair,the control system is designed,and the main control module,driver module,human-computer interaction module and environmental perception module are determined.Physical prototype trial-manufacture of intelligent wheelchair,the test shows that the maximum speed of wheelchair,forward speed,climbing angles,such as carrying capacity indexes meet the national standard,and meet the man-machine engineering.
