Digital assembly is an important part of product development and plays an important role in the search for optimal solutions for design and manufacturing of large and complex products.The armored vehicle transmission is a complex assembly product,and the assembly process designing process is cumbersome,and the process knowledge in the enterprise is dynamic.After the assembly process design is completed,it is difficult to be effectively verified,resulting in a complicated design process often irrational.Studying product assembly process simulation technology is of great significance to improving the production efficiency and product quality of armored vehicle military enterprises and shortening the development cycle.Based on the actual assembly process requirements of the armored vehicle transmission in a military manufacturing enterprise,this paper studies the knowledge base of the assembly technology of the transmission device,and serves as the data source for the process planning and simulation of the transmission device.It also performs the digital assembly process simulation verification of the transmission device and generates 3D data.Assembly process documents mainly include the following:Firstly,according to the assembly features of the transmission,a three-dimensional model was established.By analyzing the product assembly model information and the problems faced in the development of the new transmission device,a solution to build the assembly process knowledge base,to perform three-dimensional visual assembly process design and assembly process simulation verification was proposed.,And to develop the overall framework of digital assembly process simulation,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,the paper takes the transmission as the object,establishes the assembly process knowledge model of the transmission device,uses OWL language in the Protege software to establish the knowledge base of the transmission assembly assembly process,and further studies ontology-based assembly process knowledge semantic retrieval technology,in the analysis of the traditional Based on the semantic similarity calculation model,a similarity calculation method based on semantic distance,coincidence degree,depth and density is proposed,and then the accuracy and completeness of the improved similarity calculation method are verified based on the classification of the previous knowledge.Finally,the knowledge-based transmission assembly process design flow was analyzed and examples were verified.Then,the assembly process knowledge base is integrated with the assembly process simulation system DELMIA.Describes the DELMIA implementation of the digital assembly process of the transmission,proposes the integration requirements for the assembly process simulation,formulates the overall framework of the integrated assembly process simulation system,determines the integrated development environment,uses interface program development,and realizes the process knowledge base and the DELMIA process design simulation platform.Integration.Finally,according to the established transmission assembly simulation flow,the simulation verification of the transmission assembly digital assembly process,including assembly sequence simulation,assembly path simulation,ergonomics simulation,and optimization of the simulation results are compared;according to the assembly model of lightweight Requires the use of the 3DVIA Composer platform to produce lightweight assembly animations,integrate assembly animations into Office,generate 3D AOs,and export 3D assembly process files to guide on-site assembly.
