With the development of science and technology,the development of building materials is changing with each passing day.In these “good and bad mixed” building materials,the quality of building materials is the lifeline.Therefore,how to scientifically and accurately measure the characteristics of materials and how to scientifically evaluate the quality of building materials has become a very scientific and important technical problem.This article is against this background,establishing different statistical optimization models to evaluate different building material evaluation issues,through the examples of a better verification,and achieved good results.First,we evaluate the quality of the widely used steel quality from qualitative data to quantitative data.In this paper,the qualitative data such as "qualified rate","basic control","compliance" or "adaptability",which have been used to evaluate the quality of building materials,have been quantified.In addition,the size of the output and input data does not affect the results of the evaluation due to the established data envelope analysis model of the quality evaluation of building materials.So,in the process of quantifying qualitative data,the assignment is generally defined in the [0,10] interval.The DEA model can be used to evaluate the "qualified" and "unqualified" aspects of the building materials of the same number of attributes.Second,when both the DEA model and the G-DEA model fail to evaluate the data successfully,We set up a DEA model of " Self-evaluation " and " Self-evaluation " two strategies to get the comprehensive evaluation cross efficiency.This cross efficiency DEA model can well distinguish decision units that evaluate building materials of the same rank.Third,the generalized DEA model with undesired output is constructed by treating the undesired output as input(the smaller the better),In this way,the validity of cement building material quality can be analyzed in the three kinds of data,input,expected output and non-expected output.This can overcome the tedious process of other comprehensive methods.Fourth,we give the method of calculating the efficiency value of the interval DEA model based on output.By calculating the maximum and minimum values of the efficiency value of the decision unit,an interval is formed.The interval DEA model is compared with the theory and application under the input DEA model.The example shows: the decision-making unit ordering in the interval partial order proposed in this section is more realistic than the decision-making unit ranking under the traditional DEA model.Finally,the cluster analysis in statistical analysis is combined with DEA model;we select the sample unit by cluster analysis method.In conclusion,the quality of building materials is evaluated by the traditional data envelopment analysis,generalized data envelopment analysis,cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis,data loss analysis of undesired outputs,and interval DEA.The example shows: Through these DEA methods for different building materials to evaluate the problem,can help us solve the problem.
