In recent years,"Made in China 2025" plan was put forward.Many of the world's excellent manufacturing enterprises have started to build smart factory construction practices,and actively promote the intelligent manufacturing technology to realize the transformation of transformation and upgrading and development mode.Smart factory,which based on the digital factory,can integrate people,physical devices,and information organically using the Internet of things technology.It can realize the intelligence of information process,the automation of production process and flexibility of production ability etc.It also can make design,production,transportation,maintenance,environmental protection and related services integration from the end user demands to product scrap recycling on the business.Manufacturing execution system(MES)is the core of the smart factory production system.It is a workshop-oriented productive management information system between the upper level planning management system and the underlying process control system.The entire production process from order to product can be optimized through information transfer.MES links the planning layer and the control layer and fills the gap between them.It should not only have the data collection function of workshop equipment,monitor equipment,but also have the screening,evaluation,analysis and transfer function of data.In this paper,we firstly studied the intelligent architecture for the construction of the smart factory,and analyzed and define the business,data,application and various resources of the intelligent factory,established the relationship between them and form an overall structure of smart factory.In principle,a new smart factory can be duplicated according to this overall structure.This paper mainly analyzes the production system of smart factory,especially its core MES system.Then,the key technologies of intelligent factory: data acquisition method and data fusion platform are discussed.Secondly,according to the project,the demand of the enterprise is analyzed,and then based on the actual needs of the enterprise,the design scheme of manufacturing execution system(MES)for workshop production and manufacturing process is put forward,and the structure,process,function module and authority of the system are carefully studied and designed.Thirdly,through the analysis of the actual demand of workshop,the manufacturing information processing technology of MES is studied,and the key performance OEE and other equipment information,the manufacturing execution information and the abnormal information obtained by the data mining and visual Kanban are studied,and a perfect performance evaluation system is established.Then,the visualization technology of manufacturing process for manufacturing information is studied,including production Kanban technology and VR virtual reality technology.Finally,on the basis of the above research,according to the overall design scheme of the system,referring to the software design pattern of MVC and using the J2 EE development platform,the manufacturing execution system based on the B/S architecture is designed and developed,and the production test is put into the enterprise,and received a good feedback.
