With the continuous deepening of the degree of economic globalization,many opportunities and challenges have been brought to all walk of life.At the same time,continuous innovation in science and technology has also promoted industrial upgrading.Now is the information age and modern manufacturing cannot be eliminated only by keeping pace with the times.Information management is the general trend of the industrial upgrading of the manufacturing industry.In modern manufacturing information management,the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)focuses on the real-time production data of the workshop,monitors the production process of the workshop,analyzes errors,and controls production.Through this system,a reasonable production plan can be formulated in real time,and production operations can also be efficiently performed.The unexpected errors encountered with production can be found and diagnosed as a timely manner,and the problems can be solved in the first place to ensure the stable and effective production.The purpose of this paper is to improve the real-time and reliability of information management of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Based on the existing MES theory and related achievements,this article studies and improves the characteristics of the MES in vehicle manufacturing.The function realization and overall architecture of the MES of the vehicle manufacturing industry,in order to promote the effective implementation of MES in automobile manufacturing enterprises.This article will build a complete automobile assembly production system model,referring to and drawing on advanced technology and experience in home and abroad,while combining the characteristics of enterprise products,and paying attention to the differences between new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles.The entire system uses the RFID technology,the radio technology,the Waveguide communication technology,CPU and communication redundancy technology,etc.There are build a solid hardware foundation for the stable operation of the software.At the same time,the system's scalability,portability,stability,and ease of maintenance have been fully considered.The system comprehensively collects part information and assembly information on the process of automobile assembly and production.In the production process,the system will give the job specific instructions in various HMI,and send all the information to the local server for storage through OPC,and also send it to the enterprise cloud server for data mining and subsequent traceability.After the system is completed and operated,it can help enterprises to further improve the level of lean production and reduce operating costs,thereby creating greater economic benefits for enterprises.This system uses the MFC development technology to carry on the system development works.Then based on the SQL Server database management system,combined with VIN barcode and RFID technology,and the enterprise information system ERP,to build an automotive assembly production MES system,realizing real-time data collection,information release,process monitoring,Four major functions such as material distribution management.The system has good functions,friendly interface and stable operation,which has important practical significance and application value.
