Research On Key Technology Of MES In Intelligent Factory

With the development of industry 4.0,China has intensified the two-depth integration of Chinese manufacturing 2025 strategy,including intelligent factory as an important practice of industrial intelligence development model.As an production process management system,MES is an indispensable intermediate hub for intelligent information integration.It is an important research value to construct MES system framework in intelligent factory environment and study its key technical problems.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,an intelligent factory architecture is proposed,and the implementation of the manufacturing execution system under the intelligent factory is analyzed.Secondly,the overall system framework of the intelligent factory manufacturing execution system MES is constructed.The key technical issues of MES were studied in detail:in the intelligent factory using the internet of things technology to achieve intelligent equipment network interconnection in intelligent plant;studied the integration strategy of MES to OPC-UA unified architecture integrated the field intelligent equipment and the upper enterprise resource management layer(ERP).The intelligent integration platform OPC-UA server structure is established,and the information models such as intelligent devices and sensors are established to realize the unified and interactive integration of heterogeneous devices in the intelligent factory.According to the above research results,the appropriate development application framework structure and logic Structure,this paper chooses the Visual Studio C#based on the.NET development platform as the development environment,uses the SQL as the system database management platform,and develops the MES prototype system of the B/S three layer mode with the concrete demand of the intelligent factory.
