An Exploration Of The Renovation Strategy Of Existing Stadium From The Perspective Of Entire Process Design

Since the reform and opening,the rapid development of China's sports industry has promoted the substantial growth of sports facilities.However,many sports stadiums in our country still have many problems like low operational efficiency and low openness while people's demand for increasing athletic fitness.The fundamental reason is that under the trend of China's architectural development model transformation after reform and opening,many architects' lack of ideas in the entire process of architectural design has led to a disconnect between designers,decision-makers,and users,which has led to the unpreparedness of many stadiums.It is inconvenient to open for new designs and high operating costs,and it is separated from the masses and other issues.With the increase in the proportion of existing stadiums under the opportunity of recent events,it has become an important issue in the current construction industry by rationally renovating the existing stadiums with low efficiency in the cities to meet various demands and improve their operating efficiency.In addition,the innovation of technical specifications,the promotion of market-oriented reforms,and the catalysis of related policies also promoted the upgrading of existing stadiums.The reform design strategy at this stage should be considered from the perspective of the entire design process.It is necessary to make up for the deficiencies of the previous design cycle,and it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the actual status and to consider in advance the issues that may arise in the future.Therefore,this article will explore the existing stadium renovation strategy based on the perspective of the entire design process through literature review,case analysis,field research,graphic expression,inductive argumentation and other research methods.Main research content is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1: explain the background of the project,determine the research perspective and research object,introduce the research status at home and abroad;find out the problem from the surface condition,put forward the transformation of the existing stadium based on the whole design process will be an effective way to solve various problems.Chapter 2: describe the transformation trend of China's architectural development model,the introduction of the concept of the whole process of design and the development of modern stadiums,analyze the causes of the existing stadiums at multiple levels and analyze the cases of stadium renovation at home and abroad,summarize the main points of the stadium reconstruction and the lack of domestic stadium reconstruction.Chapter 3: we will discuss the strategy for the stadium's early stage of reconstruction from two aspects: investigation and diagnosis based on the actual status,project positioning based on the post-operation guidance for the development of demand,functional facilities planning,and consideration of barrier factors and transformation costs.Chapter 4: discuss about the medium-term design strategy of stadium reconstruction from three aspects: function space planning strategy,pattern interface optimization strategy,and technical measure application strategy,and discuss with lots of cases and graphic language.Chapter 5: based on the analysis of the actual project of a city public service stadium reconstruction,summarize in the previous article are verified,and make innovative optimization discussions to highlight the practical significance of this research.
