Research On The Design Of Embedded Old Buildings Based On The Reconstruction Of Existing Buildings In The Community

With the aging of the aging rate,China's aging problem is becoming more and more serious,especially in the early urban communities.This article starts from the idle buildings of the old community and explores the design strategy of transforming existing buildings into embedded old-age facilities.The article starts from four aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the general situation of domestic embedded old-age facilities,and elaborates on the embedded type,embedded method,advantages and challenges of embedded old-age facilities,and summarizes the typical domestic The characteristics of the embedded pension model in several cities,then summarize the development process of the pension in the Japanese and British communities,and clarify the reference significance of the development of the old-age community in the foreign community for the study of the existing buildings in the Luyang District of Hefei City.The foundation for the old-age facilities.Secondly,conduct on-the-spot investigation and visit to the four embedded old-age facilities in Fuyang District,Hefei City,and analyze the status quo,use effects,advantages and disadvantages of existing facilities,and combine the status quo of embedded old-age facilities with the needs of the elderly.The users in each facility conduct a satisfaction questionnaire to quantify the user's experience,so as to objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing facilities,and identify the factors that affect the feelings of the elderly,and provide reference for the subsequent design.This paper focuses on the analysis of the main points of the community's existing building transformation into embedded old-age care.Based on the analysis of satisfaction in the previous chapters,the design methods and principles of the basic functional modes of embedded old-age facilities are defined.Furthermore,it is clear that day care,full support,and mixed functional space combination modes and methods of three types of embedded old-age facilities.It will provide reference for the design of the existing buildings in the communities to be built into embedded old-age facilities.Finally,the reconstruction design of the existing building kindergartens in Xiangyang District was completed.Through the replacement of the kindergarten functions and the organization of the streamline,the embedded design of the mixed aging facilities in Baishuiba community was finally completed.
