| Construction industry,which has long been regarded as the traditional heavy-duty infrastructure industry and the pillar of the national economy,is now moving towards digitization.BIM provides important technical support for the realization of digitization.Its promotion and popularization will accelerate the transformation of the construction market.With the guidance of various policies,the future application of BIM will not be limited to large-scale state-owned projects,but will gradually show the trend of the promotion of the whole industry.For most project-oriented construction enterprises,the BIM level will determine whether they can survive better in the future market competition.However,at present,the development of BIM in our country is very uneven,and there is a lack of certain management tools to help enterprises excavate the value of BIM and improve the application level of BIM.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective evaluation system to evaluate the ability of BIM and improve its BIM implementation level by evaluating and identifying the weak links.Maturity Model is an effective tool which helps organizations or organizers discover deficiencies in the current technology or level of management It applies to the evaluation of BIM application maturity level for enterprises or organizations.This paper takes construction stage which has the most participants and the highest investment stage as the research object.It helps project managers to find out the shortage of BIM level in the construction phase and establish the path of ability promotion,which has theoretical and practical value.First of all,through literature investigation and case analysis,this paper summarizes the main application points of BIM construction stage in China,and analyzes the internal structure of the Capability Maturity Model(CMM).Then,it confirms the evaluation system of four categories and seventeen indexes through interviewing experts and the practice of BIM department.The weight was calculated by AHP.From the result of weight,we can see that the weight of model management ability and planning control ability to management node is higher,which means,the influence on maturity level is greater.Then,the application maturity model of BIM in the construction stage of engineering project is established,and the key process area under each grade is determined and Matter-element extension model is used to calculate the maturity level.Finally,it takes a playground project in Liaoning Province as an example.the application maturity level of BIM in the construction phase of the project is evaluated,and the results are analyzed in combination with the actual project to verify the operability and practicability of the model. |
