The rapid development of China’s construction industry has become an important force driving the rapid growth of the national economy.However,in the process of rapid development,the industry has always faced the contradiction between frequent occurrence of safety accidents and relatively insufficient emergency management capabilities.How to improve the emergency management level of construction projects,effectively respond to emergencies,and minimize the losses caused by accidents,Urgently need to be studied and resolved.The article first combs the domestic and foreign related literature on construction engineering emergency management,emergency management theory,project management maturity model theory,matter-element extension theory,and analyzes the organizational structure,functional structure,and existing problems of China’s construction engineering emergency management.The status quo,as the basic research part of the article.Secondly,select emergency management maturity as the target level,human factors,material factors,and environmental factors as the criterion level,and 28 indicators as the judgment level,establish a construction engineering emergency management level evaluation index system,and quantify the data of each index through questionnaire surveys,Using the combination of AHP-entropy weight method to determine the weight,and construct a construction engineering emergency management maturity evaluation model based on matter-element extension evaluation method.Finally,a field investigation was conducted on a construction project in Ningbo of China Communications First Public Administration.The emergency preparedness stage in the emergency management of the project was taken as the research object,and the above evaluation model was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the emergency management maturity evaluation.The research shows that the characteristic value of the emergency management level of the case project is 1.57,and the evaluation is excellent,which is in line with the actual situation of the project.The construction engineering emergency management maturity evaluation model based on the matter-element extension evaluation method is scientific and practical. |
