With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the traffic pressure of large cities is increasing day by day.The success of subway construction eases the current grim situation.The subway station project is different from the house building project.As a large-scale underground project,it has the characteristics of long period,many participants,many uncertain factors and complex information content.The traditional subway station construction project management is in a relatively extensive state,unable to achieve the fine management,unable to adapt to the current development needs of building information.BIM provides technical support for the realization of building informatization,and derives new management concepts and methods,which makes the construction industry change faster,fine management possible,and then improves the core competitiveness of enterprises.BIM started late in China.How to improve the application level of BIM in the construction process management of metro station project has become the focus of the construction parties,and the project management maturity model is a systematic tool and method to evaluate and improve the organization of project management level.Based on this,this paper studies the application of BIM in metro station construction process management and project management maturity model.First of all,this paper summarizes the related concepts and theories of construction project management,BIM,project management maturity model and matter-element extension comprehensive evaluation method,especially introduces four common project management maturity models,and makes a detailed comparative analysis of the basic nature and maturity level of the model,and finally determines to use OPM3 model for reference to build BIM in metro station project application maturity model of project construction process management.Then,taking a subway station a project as the starting point,this paper studies the specific application of BIM in the construction process management of station a project from the three stages of construction preparation,construction and completion delivery,and analyzes its application benefits.On this basis,it constructs the application maturity model of BIM in the construction process management of subway station project.Specifically,it determines the category,dimension,maturity level division and internal structure of BIM application maturity model;establishes a reasonable BIM application maturity evaluation index system based on the key process areas and key practices in the three stages of metro station construction process management;determines the matter-element extension comprehensive evaluation method applicable to the evaluation of BIM application maturity based on the comparative analysis of various evaluation methods Based on the evaluation results,the improvement measures are formulated and implemented.Finally,the paper evaluates the application maturity of BIM in the construction process management of station a from the perspective of practice,puts forward the improvement sequence and countermeasures,and verifies the operability and effectiveness of the established BIM application maturity model.The application maturity model of BIM in the construction process management of metro station project constructed in this paper provides a complete system for the construction enterprises to evaluate the application level of BIM in the construction process management of metro station project.In the evaluation,the shortcomings of BIM application in the construction project management of metro station are found and improved in time.In order to continuously improve the BIM in the construction project management of metro station in China,it is necessary to The level and Realization of investment and social benefits of subway stations provide guarantee.
