| Nowadays the production efficiency of the global construction industry is declining.The traditional production and management models of the construction industry can’t meet the development requirements of the modern construction industry.BIM is called "the second revolution of the construction industry",which can effectively improve key issues such as low production efficiency and poor engineering quality in the construction industry.Based on the existing BIM implementation experience,it can be seen that the construction phase is one of the phases which can best reflect the core value of BIM in the project’s entire life cycle.However,there is currently no relevant tool to reasonably measure the BIM application level of construction companies at this stage,and there is a lack of a scientific path to improve BIM application capabilities.These problems have always troubled companies that are motivated to use the BIM technology.Establishing a BIM application maturity model to evaluate BIM application capabilities provides a basic tool for solving the above problems.This thesis selects the project construction stage as the research object,combining the characteristics of BIM,using the capability maturity model as the theoretical support to establish the application maturity model of BIM technology in the construction project.The BIM technology application maturity is divided into 5 grades,combining with relevant research results,current BIM standard specifications and the actual application of BIM in the construction stage of 15 domestic construction projects,through questionnaire surveying and expert interviewing,18 methods are summarized Application Maturity Evaluation Index.Dividing the 18 evaluation indicators according to 5 aspects,a hierarchical BIM application evaluation index system is constructed.Guiding by the capability maturity model theory,the maturity level of each evaluation index is divided.Combining with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight of each level of evaluation index and the evaluation method of maturity level are determined.Finally,through a case of an administrative office building in Nanchang,the validity and applicability of the model were verified.The application maturity level of BIM technology in the construction phase of the project was determined.The weak links of the current BIM technology application were screened against the judgment results,and put forward relevant improvement suggestions. |
