| Truck mounted concrete pump is a construction machinery that can transport and cast concrete. It can guarantee the quantity of the concrete in the process of transport from the mixing plant to the construction spot, is an indispensable engineering machine in modern construction. Through the development of more than 20 years, our country's truck mounted concrete pump has gradually carry out to design and manufacture by ourselves from the complete dependence abroad. But, in the design manufacturing process of the truck mounted concrete pump, the boom system ,as an important part of truck mounted concrete pump, is a series bottleneck for its series of motion modes, complex applied force in the hinge points and the hard to experiment through a traditional way to measure an actual variety regulation accurately.Aiming at the design of the boom of truck mounted concrete pump,this paper established the boom system dynamics simulation model and then used this model to do the simulation study of the boom system. The simulation results revealed the change laws of the applied force in the hinge points among various components of the boom system. This work provides the design principle of boom system components.Firstly, the paper introduced the development and the research situation of the truck mounted concrete pump. Secondly, the constitution of the truck mounted concrete pump and the structural traits and machine characteristics of the boom system were introduced in detail. It emphasized to present the development of simulation technique, the software ADAMS which is involved in this research project and the basic theory of multi-body dynamics which relates to ADAMS and includes the math model of multi-body system and the numeric algorithm et al.The main tasks of this paper are applying the ADAMS simulation technique to establish the model to analyze the existent products, testing the correctness of simulation result and then making the original simulation model parameterized to apply it into the design of the 49M boom of truck mounted concrete pump. It simulated the possible motion situation of the boom of truck mounted concrete pump and got the stress states of hinge points and cylinders at the beginning of design. Finally, an optimize simulation was done and we can establish primary design project by the result of the optimization. |
