At present,with the continuous development of urban areas,the construction industry has become the pillar of our national economy.The environmental damage is caused by the excessive consumption and waste of resources,so the green building is the inevitable choice for the country to develop the low carbon circular economy.In the development of green building,problems of information discontinuity and poor coordination among different parties appear.Therefore,the green theory isn't implemented completely in actual process.The technology of Building Information Modeling(BIM)integrates the data of various stages from planning to operation,which is convenient for information exchanges,quality improvement,cost saving and reduction of construction period.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the application research status of BIM in green buildings at home and abroad and the technical difficulties.Based on BIM,the application platform is established to achieve the whole life cycle management of green building with different functional modules,which fully reflects the advantages BIM application in green building.Secondly,the green building,a hospital in Jiangsu province,is taken as an example,the whole life cycle of which is divided into three stages :(1)Based on BIM technology,this paper proposes an auxiliary green design strategy,and uses Ecotect Analysis to simulate the preliminary scheme to find out the reasons for the high energy consumption.The design of the scheme is optimized from the aspects of sunlight shielding and enclosure structure,so as to meet the evaluation criteria of green hospital.(2)In accordance with the Green construction guideline,this paper summaries the construction points from the two aspects of resources utilization and safety.It is expressed how BIM technology can solve the problems encountered in the concrete engineering construction process,and it's fully demonstrated that BIM technology can guarantee the green construction effect and save the construction cost.(3)This paper analyzes the functional modules required by the energy consumption monitoring and management system in the hospital BIM operation and maintenance platform,so as to build the operation and maintenance management framework and provide reference for the development and operation maintenance system.In addition,Pathfinder software is used to simulate the evacuation path of the personnel in the building in two modes,and the final evacuation time is determined,which provide the data base for the development of emergency evacuation plan.Finally,conducts the economic analysis on the optimized design scheme,and calculates the investment payback period and the social benefits,to verify that the value of BIM in the whole life cycleof green building.
