Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry,as one of the pillar industries of China's national economy,has made great contributions to the country's GDP growth.In recent years,the rapid development of BIM technology has made the entire construction industry more or less taste the sweetness brought by information technology and information sharing.The value and potential of BIM is huge,and it is also obvious to all of us.However,with the development of the times,there are still some problems and drawbacks in the construction process of the construction project.BIM technology also has certain challenges in the application process.At present,in the stage of building operation and maintenance management,there are a series of problems such as complicated and complicated drawing management,difficult to maintain concealed projects,and high degree of specialization of engineering projects.Buildings are alive,especially when they need to be regularly maintained after construction to ensure their safe operation and proper functioning.How to use the emerging information technology to solve this problem and maximize the value of BIM technology is worthy of our deep thinking.To this end we introduce AR technology.By using the "Internet +" thinking,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology and AR(Augmented Reality augmented reality)technology,this paper seamlessly integrates virtual scenes in real environment,and displays 3D models in real time through mobile terminals.Component information,2D drawings,etc.,and real-time interaction to realize the visualization of architectural details,thus specifically addressing the pain points of complex drawing management and difficult maintenance of concealed projects in the process of building operation and maintenance management.The main research contents of this paper include the following points:(1)Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the research status of BIM and AR technology at home and abroad,and summarizes relevant domestic policies.At the same time,the technical route and research methods were determined.(2)On the basis of consulting a large number of related literature books,the related technical theories such as BIM technology,AR technology and building operation and maintenance management,the definition and connotation of BIM and AR technology,and the significance of building operation and maintenance management theory are introduced.Focused on the category.(3)Summarize the traditional building operation and maintenance management,analyze the existing problems,and propose a BIM+AR-based building operation and maintenance management mode to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Then it summarizes the applicable principles of applying APP based on BIM+AR technology in the stage of building operation and maintenance management.(4)Design and build a mobile terminal APP with the 22 nd hospital of HENU as the actual engineering case.By using Revit software to build a BIM model into the Unity3D-based AR development program,packaged to the Android system phone through the SDK and JDK.Using the mobile device rear camera,the building 3D model is directly presented in the mobile terminal by scanning the recognition map,and can interact in real time.Finally,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of APP before and after,and considers and summarizes the building operation and maintenance management in the digital age.(5)Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospects for the next step.
