Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of "Internet + Auto Repair Industry" In Quangang District

Recent years,with the economic and social development of Quangang district and the increase of the number of vehicles,Quangang automobile maintenance industry has achieved great development,and is gradually becoming an important livelihood service.However,there are also some problems,such as maintenance technical asymmetric information in automobile maintenance market,opaque and unreasonable market prices,flooding undocumented enterprises,fake and shoddy auto parts flooding the market and rights difficulties for car owners.Such problems have seriously violated the interests of consumers,resulting in the difficulty for the construction of high value-added,high service efficiency of the supply and demand market,which have a great negative impact on the industry image.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of automobile maintenance industry is imperative.This paper takes the automobile maintenance industry in Quangang District as the object of study.Through the analysis methods of PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,it is concluded that the auto repair industry transformation and upgrading in Quangang District must be completed by "Internet + auto repair" model.Following are the four different strategies at different periods of the development of the "Internet + auto repair" platform.At the first stage,it should construct the e-government system and the formation of public credibility.At the second stage,it should actively docking auto repair business,build online and offline services.At the third stage,it should gradually promote the consumer experience,accumulate automotive industry data.At the fourth stage,it should become the leading platform for the industry relying on large data mining.In addition,the transformation and upgrading of auto repair industry is the result of the joint efforts of enterprises,consumers and governments.Through the combined efforts of enterprises,consumer support and government support,it can help the automotive maintenance industry to eliminate information asymmetry,price transparency and other issues.It should be consumer oriented,reducing service costs and improving service quality of automobile maintenance to promote the healthy and stable development of the society,which can also provide a reference for the completion of the transformation and upgrading of Regional Automobile maintenance industry in China by "Internet +".
