At present,Chinese economic development has entered a new stage.Under the influence of the new economy,it has begun to transform from the rapid growth of labor and capital to high-quality development based on technological innovation. In addition, the construction industry also plays an important role in improving infrastructure, promoting urbanization, and solving rural employment problems. In recent years, the development of my country’s construction industry has been under pressure, and criticisms from all walks of life have continued, leading to increasing calls for innovation in its development. The traditional development model is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the current economic environment, and industrial transformation and upgrading are imminent.Based on the background of the new economic development, this article deeply analyzes the factors of the transformation and upgrading of my country’s construction industry, finds out some existing problems in the development of my country’s construction industry through corresponding research, and summarizes its development characteristics through research and analysis. At the same time,it is for the government to accelerate the domestic Provide references and opinions on industrial transformation and upgrading.Through combing domestic and foreign literature, combined with industrial transformation and upgrading theory and technological innovation and other theoretical findings, most scholars have found that their research is relatively limited, considering a single factor, and ignoring the impact of the new economy on the construction industry. Therefore, based on the perspective of the new economy, this study analyzes its impact on the transformation and upgrading of my country’s construction industry from the perspectives of policy, market, management, technology, and manpower in combination with issues such as the construction industry’s industrial structure, green development, and technological innovation. The chain effect between the angles, and constructs the construction industry transformation and upgrading evaluation index system and structural equation model, analyzes the interaction relationship between the indexes, and reveals the feasible path of my country’s current construction industry transformation and upgrading.First, carry out the research and analysis of the influence factors of the new economy on the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, construct the evaluation index system, and then construct the initial model of the structural equation based on the constructed index system and the influencing factors of the analysis and research, and carry out the selection of variables and carry out the evaluation.Identify and judge, form a structural equation hypothesis model, then use the indicator system design questionnaire to obtain research samples and carry out relevant verification and analysis. Finally, with the help of Amos, import the research samples into the structural equation hypothesis model constructed in Chapter 4 for relevant calculations and tests to obtain a better fit Good structural equation model, and carry out path identification and comprehensive path coefficient calculation. After confirmatory factor analysis and the determination of comprehensive path coefficients,it can be seen that the four paths from market factors to human factors have the largest comprehensive path index of 0.544;the comprehensive path coefficients of technical factors and policy factors are 0.391 and 0.292 respectively;management The comprehensive path from factor to human factor is relatively small,at 0.262.Combined with the results of the empirical analysis,it can be seen that in order to promote the better transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to adapt to the objective requirements of the new economy, the following points should be paid attention to in the development of the construction industry: first, focus on establishing a sound construction market system;second,Pay attention to technological innovation, especially production technology;third, the government should increase the intensity and efficiency of related policies;fourth, improve the information management system of the construction industry;fifth, create a modern professional talent team. |
