After entering the 21 st century,China is facing the predicament of industrial restructuring and economic transformation and upgrading,and the construction industry is no exception.In order to promote the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry,the state has promulgated a series of programs and policies to promote the implementation of assembly building since 2013,and put forward the policy requirements to make the proportion of assembly building in new buildings reach 15% in the next 10 years.Up to now,the development of assembly-style buildings has formally risen to the national level,the assembly-style construction industry bases and demonstration projects have sprung up all over the country,and construction projects have gradually changed from security housing,public rental housing to commercial housing.The vigorous development of fabricated buildings has been constantly impacting traditional buildings and promoting structural adjustment of the construction industry.So in the context of the rise of assembly building,it is worth our in-depth study of the impact on the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature research,through combing the domestic and foreign literature,finds out the production technology and technical characteristics of assembly building,compares it with traditional building methods,studies the advantages of assembly building in what aspects,and preliminarily obtains the influencing factors of assembly building on the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry,and then finds out the influence factors of assembly building on the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry.Combining with the actual situation,these factors are sorted out and revised,and the main influencing factors are obtained: policy factors,market factors,economic factors,environmental factors,technical factors and management factors(each influencing factor corresponds to a number of indicators).Then,according to the measurement indicators corresponding to these six factors,the questionnaire is designed to collect data,and the reliability and validity of the data are analyzed.Finally,the structural equation model(SEM)is constructed to make an empirical analysis of the sample data.Based on the analysis of the results of the model,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the assembly building technology has the greatest impact on the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry;in the economic,market and environmental aspects,the impact of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is greater;inthe management and policy aspects,the impact on the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is relatively small..(2)Policy factors have a significant positive correlation with technical and economic factors;market factors have a significant positive correlation with environmental and technological factors;technical factors have a significant positive correlation with economic and environmental factors;management factors have a significant positive correlation with economic and technological factors;economic factors have a significant positive correlation with environmental factors;Significant positive correlation effects.(3)The formulation of national standards and industry standards has the greatest impact on policy factors;the construction market system has the greatest impact on market factors;the environmental benefits in the use stage have the greatest impact on environmental factors;the economic benefits in the use stage have the greatest impact on economic factors;the technical benefits in the production stage have the greatest impact on technical factors;and the construction management The mode of management has the greatest influence on management factors.According to the conclusions of empirical analysis,in order to better promote the transformation and upgrading of assembly building to the construction industry,In the process of developing assembled buildings,the following points should be paid attention to:First technological innovation,especially production technology innovation.Second,improve the economic benefits of fabricated buildings,especially the economic benefits at the operational stage.Third,we should set up an assembly building market system.Fourth,use the general contracting management mode and pay attention to the formulation of national standards and industry standards.
