In this paper,based on the background of the prestressed concrete continuous channel girder and arch from Jinan to Qingdao high-speed railway and the characteristics and development of the continuous channel girder and arch,the construction monitoring technology of the continuous channel girder and arch is studied in detail.The main completed work and conclusions in the paper includes the following contents:(1)The theory of construction monitoring is briefly introduced.The finite element software Midas/Civil is used to simulate and calculate the entire bridge.The deformation and stress of the full bridge during the construction process are mastered,and a reasonable monitoring plan is formulated to guide the bridge construction.(2)Taking the line and stress of the main beam and arch rib as the target of sensitivity analysis,the sensitivity analysis of the four parameters of the concrete bulk density,the elastic modulus of the suspender,the tensile force of the suspender,and secondary dead load is performed by used Midas/Civil.The results show that the concrete bulk density and the secondary dead load are the main parameters that affect the monitoring results,and the boom elastic modulus and the boom tension are secondary parameters.(3)The finite element software Midas/FEA is used to establish the local model of arch foot,and the distribution of local stress on the arch foot in construction phase and operation stage is analyzed.The results show that the stress distribution of the concrete of the number of the girder zero and arch rib is uniform and meets the design requirements of strength.The vicinity of the bearings,pre-stressed steel anchorage areas,the boundary between arch ribs and the number of the girder zero occur a certain degree of stress concentration,and attention should be given to these areas in the construction.(4)During the construction process,the line and stress of the main girder and arch ribs and the internal force of the boom are monitored.The measured data and the theoretical data are compared and analyzed.The results show that the line of the bridge is smooth and the stress in the construction process meets the requirements.The intended purpose of the monitoring is achieved.
