Research On Quality Management Performance Evaluation Of High Speed Railway Project Based On Maturity

Under the background of economic globalization,especially the comprehensive promotion of The Belt and Road project,high-speed railway construction has become China's "going out" a new name card.High speed railway project has become an important economic lifeline for other countries.The construction of high-speed railway is important,"The Belt and Road" strategy,it is an important opportunity to enhance China's international status.At the same time,it puts forward high quality requirements for high-speed railway projects in our country.Quality management is very important in the construction project.It is the final link to ensure the quality of construction.Therefore,total quality management has become an important means and means to ensure the quality of construction.With the construction industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,more and more demands on the quality management of the construction unit is high,especially for the high-speed railway project,each factor will make the engineering structure of high-speed project is more complex,whether technical standards or requirements are completed a challenge.This research aims at performance evaluation of quality management level.The maturity model of factors of quality management performance evaluation,provides the direction for the construction of evaluation index system of high speed railway engineering project quality performance,is expected to show a special research value in a certain extent.The study mainly through three methods of empirical research,good inductive research,respectively,investigation and analysis method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method and case analysis method.First of all,through the actual investigation into the high-speed railway project,the paper analyzes and summarizes the diversification factors which affect the quality management of high-speed rail.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis and expert evaluation of each factor,the weight of each factor is determined,and on this basis,the construction of high-speed railway project quality management evaluation index system is constructed.Finally,the maturity model of factors of high-speed railway construction project quality management performance evaluation,calculation of high speed railway project quality management maturity level by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on the judgment of the quality management level,which lays the foundation for further optimization of project quality management.In addition,in this study,Tianjin railway station Tianjin North link after the "four power" project as the object of analysis and calculation of comprehensive evaluation results,and analyze the specific and effective results,verify the validity of research methods.
