| With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the construction industry is growing fast.Due to the extensiveness of construction project management,the mobility of construction industry,the long cycle,the uncertainty of environmental factors,construction quality is uneven.All kinds of quality accidents occur frequently,caused huge losses to the people and the country,restricts the healthy development of construction industry in our country.At present,although a lot of project managers realized the importance of construction quality management and the grim situation,they do not aware of their own construction quality management capability,to help them identify the shortage of construction quality management,to improve the construction quality management level.Maturity model can be used to evaluate the ability of organization or project management level,it is applied to all kinds of management fields,but involved rarely in building engineering construction quality management.Therefore,the paper will introduce the maturity model to the evaluation of the project construction quality management.First,build the Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Model,through the analysis of domestic and foreign typical project management maturity model,combining research status of construction quality management.Secondly,build the evaluation index system of construction quality management by literature research,and optimize the evaluation index system by using expert investigation method.At last,use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on comprehensive maturity evaluation,use the actual case to validate the effectiveness of the model.The research of the paper not only enriches the theoretical exploration of construction projects quality management evaluation and the use of the maturity model theory,but also provides practical guidance to know their own construction quality management level. |
