With the continuous development of the automotive industry,especially the progress of China's automobile industry,the power density of certain diesel engines,which are the main source of power for certain special vehicles,has also increased.Correspondingly,with its increase in power density,diesel engine parts will withstand greater heat load,thus affecting the reliability of diesel engine.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to perform heat transfer analysis on cylinder liners in important components of diesel engine combustion chambers.For this reason,this paper starts with calculations,studies the heat transfer of a non-reinforced diesel engine liner,looking for a feasible analysis method,and then studies the thermal characteristics of the reinforced diesel engine liner.Through the heat transfer calculation,experimental study and comparative analysis of the cylinder liner of ZS1100 diesel engine,a reliable method for the thermal analysis and testing of the diesel engine liner is obtained.On this basis,the heat transfer calculation of its cylinder liner was performed for a reinforced single-cylinder diesel engine at a power rate of 92 kW.First of all,based on UG geometric modeling,diesel engine cylinder liner and water jacket model were extracted respectively.Then,based on FLUENT,the CFD calculation was performed on the cooling water jacket,while the one-dimensional simulation was performed on the diesel engine by using GT-Power.The boundary conditions of the inner and outer wall surfaces of the cylinder liner were obtained respectively.After the initial conditions of each heat exchange boundary surface are defined and loaded,the temperature distribution of the cylinder liner is obtained.After that,compared with the diesel engine test data,the error is less than 10%,which further validates the correctness and reliability of the research method.Finally,the thermal-mechanical couplingcharacteristics of the diesel engine were studied by using the nodal temperature of the cylinder liner as the load,and the thermal stress distribution of the cylinder liner was obtained.Furthermore,the thermal characteristics of the cylinder liner under heavy load conditions were calculated and analyzed.Finally,the temperature distribution of the cylinder liner when the reinforced diesel engine is operating under four heavy duty conditions is predicted.The results show that the thermal load of the cylinder liner meets the operating conditions and the components of the combustion chamber meet the reliability and application requirements.
