Research On The Linkage Development Of Automobile Manufacturing Industry And Logistics Industry In Shandong

In August 2017,the State Council issued a document that we should deepen the two industry linkage and promote joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry.Since the issue of linkage development between manufacturing and logistics industry was put forward,it has been a hot topic of social concern.The role of the manufacturing and logistics industry in the economic development is becoming increasingly apparent.Facing the new normal economy,it is particularly urgent to promote the development of the two industry and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading.Shandong province’s logistics transformation and upgrading implementation plan(2015-2020 years)proposed that we should promote the linkage development of logistics and automobile manufacturing industry.Therefore,the research on the linkage development of Shandong’s automobile manufacturing industry and logistics industry has important theoretical and practical significance.Starting from the basic concept of the two industry linkage,this paper defines the related concepts and determines the research category of the linkage and development of the automobile manufacturing industry and the logistics industry,and elaborates the theory of the linkage development of the two industries from the core competitiveness,transaction costs,synergetics and logistics integration field theory.Secondly,this paper introduced the actual development of automobile manufacturing and logistics industry in Shandong province.At the same time,there are many problems,such as small size of automobile manufacturing industry,industrial agglomeration effect is not obvious and low service level of logistics specialization,which will have a certain impact on the linkage development of the two industry.Thirdly,build the DEA-GRA two-layer model.Combined with the actual data,using the DEA model,this paper calculate the industrial internal efficiency: technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the automobile manufacturing industry and logistics industry,and makes quantitative analysis of the internal development.Then using the GRA model,it calculates the correlation degree of the efficiency,and makes the quantitative analysis of the level linkage development of the two industries.Finally,according to the industrial development and analysis results,from the level of government,automobile manufacturing and logistics,it proposed countermeasures to promote the linkage and development of automobile manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong province.Through this study,we have a certain grasp of the automobile manufacturing industry and the logistics industry development in Shandong province.It is found that the automobile manufacturing industry can promote the development of the logistics industry,and the logistics industry ensures the development of the automobile manufacturing industry,and there is a linkage development relationship between the two industries.Combined with the quantitative analysis results,there is a certain linkage development level between the two industries in Shandong Province,but it has not reached the optimal level,and there is still room for improvement.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to play a good guiding role.At the same time,the automobile manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises need to improve their own development level.Through these measures,promote the linkage and development of the automobile manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong province.
