| With the globalization of the world economy,in order to promote the rapid development of regional economy and improve the industrial competitiveness,the countries in the world pay more and more attention to the development industrial cluster.So,the development of automobile industry is highly correlated and systematic,and industrial cluster has become the basic trend of automobile’s development.Through concentrate on a certain region,each enterprise of automobile industry cluster division of labor and cooperation with each other,improve production efficiency,reduce the cost,speed up the response to the market,so as to improve the competitiveness of the automobile industry.As one of the pillar industries of Guangxi,automobile industry plays a crucial role in the economic development of Guangxi.In recent years,the government of Guangxi has vigorously promoted the development of automobile industry.Four automobile industry that Liuzhou as the center,Guilin and Yulin as the bases,and Nanning as the radiation clusters have been established now.However,there is a close relationship between automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics.Automobile manufacturing industry cluster promotes the development of regional logistics in terms of scale,specialization and informatization,and regional logistics can enhance the clustering effect of industrial clusters,optimize the resource allocation of industrial clusters,and enhance the competitive advantages of industrial clusters.Therefore,study of the synergetic development relationship between them is of great significance to the development of Guangxi automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of industrial cluster theory,regional logistics theory and game theory this paper analyze the relationship between automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics..(2)Based on synergetics theory constructed the Guangxi automobile manufacturing industry cluster system and order parameter index system of regional logistics system respectively,using the linear weighted method to measure in Guangxi automobile manufacturing industry cluster system and orderly degree of regional logistics system from 2008 to 2018.Then,measuring and analysis the coordination degree of automobile manufacturing industrial cluster and regional logistics coordination of Guangxi by collaborative development evaluation model.(3)The efficiency of the collaborative development of automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics in Guangxi was evaluated by taking relevant data of automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics as input value and output value respectively based on the DEA model.The research results show that: the order degree of automobile manufacturing industry clusters and regional logistics increased from 2008 to 2017,but the coordination degree of them did not increase accordingly.In 2018,due to the decline of global automobile sales and intensified competition in the automobile industry,the order degree of Guangxi automobile manufacturing industry clusters declined,while the regional logistics continued to improve,and the degree of coordination between the them are decreased.From 2008 to 2018,although Guangxi automobile manufacture industrial cluster and regional logistics are in rapid development,but the synergy between efficiency needs to be improved,the government of Guangxi can be plan reasonable construction of regional logistics,reduce duplication of investment,improve the level of regional logistics technology so as to promote the coordinated development of automobile manufacturing industry cluster and regional logistics. |
