Design And Promotion Strategy Research Of Interregional Linkage Mode Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In The Three Northeastern Provinces

Today’s world is experiencing major changes unseen in a century,on the one hand,the sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia has intensified the trend of anti-globalization;On the other hand,the development of regional economic integration is also facing many obstacles,and the economic gap between regions is widening.Equipment manufacturing industry is the leading industry of the three northeastern provinces,but in recent years,the economic downturn of the three northeastern provinces is severe,far behind the rising Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Rim Economic Zone,and urgently need to find a way to solve it.China has put forward a “new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other”.The new development pattern of dual circulation provides new ideas for the revitalization of the three northeastern provinces.In the context of regional economic integration development,inter-regional linkage has become the trend of promoting the development of the world’s regions,and the economic circle development model has become a global dazzling regional economic phenomenon.Therefore,breaking the closed regional development thinking mode of each region,taking internal opening as the starting point,forming a large market in the northeast region with orderly competition,making full use of the advantages of the equipment manufacturing industry,and taking the road of inter-regional linkage is an inevitable choice to achieve a win-win situation and share the dividends of regional development.Based on the above reality and background,this paper takes "Research on the Design and Promotion Strategy of Interregional Linkage Mode of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Three Northeast Provinces",first reviews the relevant formation context of interregional industrial linkage of domestic and foreign scholars,and sorts out the relevant theories of interregional industrial linkage.Then,through the horizontal analysis of the development status of the equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces and the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages with the developed provinces,the current economic development situation and linkage development status of the three northeastern provinces are expounded,and the problems restricting the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces are put forward: the independent innovation ability is not strong,the supporting integration ability is not perfect,the degree of industrial agglomeration is not high,and the mechanism and system are not perfect.Secondly,relevant data were collected,and the industrial structure similarity coefficient,location entropy,industrial cluster coefficient and industrial linkage development potential model were used for quantitative analysis,and the spatial agglomeration degree and linkage development potential of the equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces were measured,and the ability and effect of interregional linkage development of the three northeastern provinces were judged,which laid a solid foundation for the construction of the interregional linkage development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,the innovation mechanism and mode of interregional linkage of equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces are proposed.Finally,corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from the perspective of restricting the development of equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces: the low level of independent innovation with innovation-driven strategy,the imperfect collaborative integration model with industrial synergy mechanism,the low level of agglomeration and cooperation with deep integration tactics,the institutional obstacles of the mechanism with supply-side structural reform,and the promotion strategy of exploring the linkage development model of equipment manufacturing industry in the three northeastern provinces,and the municipal alliance,coopetition mechanism and information resource cooperation platform.Starting from the logical starting point of the regional industrial chain to follow the trend,relying on the existing advantageous regional industrial chain to expand,from typical demonstration to comprehensive promotion,from loose cooperation to close linkage.
