The waterproof in the tunnel is an important problem. Tunneling leakage does not only directly affect the tunnel traffic safety, but also reduces the tunnel ventilation and lighting system's efficiency, induces corrosion of operating the facility, affects the durability of the tunnel structure.The hot and humid tunnel appears more and more as the large-scale constructiong of transportation infrastructure.And the problem of waterproof is even more can not be ignored.Now,the tunnel composite lining is the main railway tunnel waterproofing technology. Waterproof layer is the core of the railway tunnel waterproofing technology.So in high temperature conditions, the effect of the waterproof layer is closely related to durability of waterproofing materials, design and construction of waterproof layer.And the research in this article mainly include:(1) Ten waterproof materials were chosen for comparative study on application performance. According to the basic performance test results,six varieties of waterproof material was selected for high-temperature test. The appropriate tunnel waterproofing materials were determined by the test results.(2) After the analysis of the waterproof's application performance,the general aging test and thermal analysis test was completed for learning more abou the durability-of the common tunnel waterproofing material. Through the general aging test,the aging law of polymer materials'strength and elongation was finding;and'the life equation was also derivated by waterproof materials research and life prediction of aging. Through the thermal analysis test,the curves of TGA and DSC were getted. The curve shape and test results can show the aging process of polymer materials;and the anti-aging properties of polymer materials can be evaluated by characteristic temperatures and kinetic parameters.(3) Analysis of injury factors in tunnel waterproofing layer was completed;and preventive measures and construction points were proposed by the injury factors.
